Dynatrol® Level Switches are often used for level detection in storage bins or hoppers in the Plastics Industry. Dynatrol® Viscosity Measurement Systems accurately measures various media at process conditions.

The Dynatrol® DJ series of Level Detectors are used to measure high, intermediate, or low level detection of plastic pellets. Bulk solids level measurement is easily obtained in storage bins or hoppers for powders, granules, regrind material, etc.

Viscosity Measurement

The Dynatrol® Viscosity System includes the Series CL10-DV Viscosity Probe and Viscosity Digital Converter Series 3000 which accurately measure viscosity in vessels, reactors or process piping. Excellent applications for the Plastics Industry include:

Concrete Production

Concrete mixing facilities use Dynatrol® CL10-DJ Level Detectors to measure high, intermediate, or low levels of various media types in the concrete production process.

Bulk Solids Level Measurement

The Dynatrol® CL10-DJ series of level detectors are used for high, intermediate, or low level detection of bulk solids. Applications in concrete mixing facilities may include:

  • Concrete and mortar mix
  • Sand
  • Gravel
  • Crushed stone
  • Recycled crushed concrete
  • Other aggregates

Our CL10-DJ level switches are made from high strength stainless steel. These switches are used as ‘point level’ indicators and have dry Form C contacts.

Settled Solids in Liquid

The Dynatrol® CL-10DJI Interface Level Detector has the unique ability to detect:

  • a liquid and settled bed of solids
  • a liquid and floating bed of solids
  • the liquid phases of products having significantly different viscosities

Typical applications of The Dynatrol® CL-10DJI Interface Level Detector include WATER/CARBON, WATER/SAND, LIQUID/CATALYST INTERFACES and those that occur in steeping processes.

Viscosity Measurement

Dynatrol® CL-10DV Viscosity Detector with Series 3000 Viscosity Digital Converter utilizes a unique vibratory principle to provide continuous measurement at on-line process conditions. Density Measurement
