Bulk Solids Measurement
The CL-10DJ Series level detectors lend themselves to point level applications in numerous heavy bulk materials. Our level design design, along with our unique electronics, makes our level switch system both reliable and rugged and a perfect fit for the wood processing industry.

The CL10-DJ series of level switches are used for high, intermediate or low level detection of bulk solids like:
- grain storage for the beer brewing process
The Dynatrol® CL-10HY Density Cell and Series 2000 Digital Density Converter combination is used to measure the density of beer and corn mash. The alcohol content and point in the fermentation process can be determined by the density measurement.
The Dynatrol® Density System has two analog outputs, one for density and one for temperature and is used for measuring:
- corn beer and mash in distilleries for whiskey
- ethanol when used as a gasoline additive

Our CL10-DJ level switches are made from high strength stainless steel. These switches are used as ‘point level’ indicators and have dry Form C contacts.
