Bulk Solids Level Detectors
The Dynatrol® Series of Bulk Solids Level Detectors are used for high, mid and low point level detection for powder coating materials and broad range of dry bulk solids.
Liquid Level Detectors
The Dynatrol® Series of Liquid Level Detectors are used for high, mid and low point level detection for liquids or slurries.
The starch application software is written to use temperature and density information that comes from the Cl-10HY cell to calculate product baume, density at a reference temperature and specific gravity. Automation Products, Inc. uses the same reference tables that are used by starch manufacturers to cross check results generated by our starch software.
The CL-10HY and Series 2000 combination has been used in processes where starches are used as coatings as well as starch make up tanks and starch dilution applications.
Dynatrol® Density Systems provide continuous, accurate analysis of process liquids or slurries in a variety of industries including foods, paper coatings, refined petroleum products, sugar and sulfuric acid. Digital read out allows you to display density as Specific Gravity, Grams/CC, °Brix, Baumé, API Gravity, Percent Solids, or Percent Concentration.

The CL-10DJ series of level switches are used for measurement of high, intermediate, or low level detection of bulk solids in mining applications such as coal dust collection and transportation.
The Dynatrol® CL-10DJ series level switches complete with EC-501A control unit, are used for measurement of high, intermediate, or low level detection of bulk solids in mining applications such as coal dust collection and transportation.
CL-10DJ level probes withstand buildup and are suited for harsh mining environments. Constructed in stainless steel, probes are also available in corrosion and abrasion resistant steels to match your difficult applications.
The EC-501A control unit contains circuitry that performs frequency analysis, voltage analysis and makes decisions regarding the actual level switch point. This added technology reduces false tripping and makes our level measurement more dependable.

Dynatrol® Density Systems are used to measure the concentration of Boron in nuclear power plants, as well as nuclear fuel manufacturing plants. Dynatrol® Systems have been used successfully in nuclear industries throughout the United States and are field proven.
The Dynatrol® Density System has two 4 to 20 milliamp outputs. The first output can be configured to reflect any of the measurement units (density, specific gravity, percent concentration, etc.), while the second output carries product temperature information. The software provided with the Series 2000 Digital Converter calculates the specific gravity, percent concentration, etc. using the density and temperature information generated by the CL-10HY Density Cell
