Level Measurement

The Dynatrol® CL10-DJ series of level switches are used to measure high-, intermediate-, or low-level detection of plastic pellets. Bulk solids level measurement is easily obtained in storage bins or hoppers for powders, granules, regrind material, etc.

Our level probes require no adjustments and having no moving parts, they are virtually wear-free. Dynatrol® Level Detectors are built in the USA and constructed for long operating life. Many have been in service for 25 and 30 years.

Viscosity Measurement

The Dynatrol® Viscosity System includes the Series CL10-DV Viscosity Probe and Viscosity Digital Converter Series 3000 which accurately measure viscosity in vessels, reactors or process piping. Excellent applications for the Plastics Industry include resins, molten polymer, polyol, polyethylene, polyester, etc.

The Dynatrol® Viscosity Digital Converter was designed for use with all Dynatrol® Viscosity Systems. Using microcontroller technology the Converter accepts information from a Dynatrol® Viscosity Probe and calculates the viscosity of the liquid under test. The Series 3000 Converter mathematically computes and displays the viscosity in standard units.
